LIFEGUARD

Job Description: Ensure swimmer safety, respond effectively to any emergency situation, administer first aid when necessary, enforce pool and facility rules, and maintain the cleanliness of the property.

• Must be at least 15 years of age
• Must have completed a Lifeguard Training class that is nationally recognized. (e.g. American Red Cross, Ellis and Associates, YMCA)
• Must have current CPR and First Aid certification
• Clean appearance and outgoing personality
• Self-motivated
• Full and Part time positions available

HEAD LIFEGUARD

Job Description: Must complete all duties of a Lifeguard as needed, supervision and training of lifeguards and swimming instructors, scheduling of all facility staff, work directly with All Star Pools management in the enforcement of all company policies.

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Lifeguard
• Must maintain the same Lifeguarding, CPR and First Aid certifications as a Lifeguard
• Clean appearance and outgoing personality
• Self-motivated
• Must be organized and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Full time positions available

SWIMMING INSTRUCTOR

Job Description: Instruct children of all swimming abilities on how to swim, evaluate student skills and monitor student progress.

• Must be at least 15 years of age
• Must have completed a Lifeguard Training class that is nationally recognized. (e.g. American Red Cross, Ellis and Associates, YMCA)
• Must have current CPR and First Aid certification
• Must complete All Star Pools swimming instructor training or possess other nationally recognized swimming instructor certification

SWIMMING POOL SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Job Description: Complete all swimming pool and pool equipment maintenance on a daily basis. Duties include vacuuming of pool, skimming of pool debris, daily servicing of pool mechanical equipment, chemical administration and daily monitoring of water quality.

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a clean appearance
• Possess an excellent driving record
• Self-motivated
• Excellent mechanical skills
